Lynn's career spans over 23 years in the audit & assurance services. During her first 11-year tenure with an international audit firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Lynn handled a broad range of clientele (multinational corporations, public listed entities, US SEC registrants and private entities) which are in various industries such as property development, manufacturing, oil palm plantation & refinery, poultry farming, information technology, independent power producers, hospitality and leisure and finance leasing services. Lynn also has 2 years of experience serving as Chief Financial Officer at a venture capital and private equity group, listed on Bursa Malaysia, with primary role in financial management, planning and financial &  regulatory reporting.

Lynn has been a practicing public accountant registered with ACRA and a Chartered Valuer in Singapore. Over the last 10 years, she accumulates substantial experience in providing audit, financial due diligence advisory and valuation services to both public-interest entities and privately-owned companies in Singapore. They are mainly pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare service providers, F&B Retailers,  PE/VC funds, fund management registered with MAS and hotelier & investment property management.
